How can I download that Door2Depot App?
The Door2Depot app can be downloaded at App Store and Google Play.
How does the service work?
It’s simple:
- Login to Door2Depot app
- Schedule pick-up with Address + Date
- Have bags tightly tied and ready to go outside with the barcode on them.
- We will pick up and transport to the depot
- Beverage containers will be counted
- Receipt will be texted to you
- E-transfer will be sent with refund
Is there a minimum amount of containers needed for the service?
The minimum is 150 containers regardless of one bag or multiple smaller bags.
Do I need to be at home or at the office?
No. Have the bags labelled and ready to go at the specified spot and we will take care of the rest.
Do I need to pre-sort the containers?
No. We will take care of all container types at our counting facility.
How will I receive my money?
After count has been completed, confirmation and e-transfer will sent to you. There is a $1.50 fee to process the e-transfer.
